From April 16 to 18, 2024, the Automotive Electromagnetic Compatibility Working Group held its first meeting of 2024 in Shanghai. The meeting was hosted by Weikai Testing Technology Co., Ltd. More than 100 experts from automotive OEMs and component manufacturers, research institutions, testing organizations, equipment suppliers, and other relevant entities attended the conference.

This working meeting is hosted by the Electronic and Electromagnetic Compatibility Subtechnical Committee (TC114/SC29) of the National Automobile Standardization Technical Committee. The main agenda items include: handling comments on GB/T 33012.4, GB/T 33014.2, and GB/T 33014.4 and launching the public consultation process; discussion on the whole-vehicle reverberation chamber method standard and refinement of its draft; leading research on electromagnetic safety standards for intelligent new-energy vehicles; discussion on the procedures for OTA antenna testing and verification of complete vehicles; and a report and discussion on the progress of the revision and initiation of GB 34660.
